Returns & Exchanges

UrbanX Return Policy

1. All return requests must be submitted to us within 7 days of receipt of the order and are returned in original packaging, unused, with tags still attached and in resellable condition.

2. Customised/ personalised products are not eligible for return.

3. Shipping fees are not refundable.

4. Return shipping cost will be borne by you and you will be required to arrange your own shipping. All returns must be shipped via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our office address. We will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails. 

5. To initiate a Return request, please email us at hello@urbanx.shop with the following:

• Email address used to place the order
• Contact Number
• Order Number (if available)
• Reason for the return

6. Once returns are received and accepted after inspection, refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days. We will refund the value of the items returned excluding the shipping fees.

7. We reserve the right to reject any return requests deemed unfit, unreasonable or if the returned item does not meet the terms of our Return Policy.

Exchanges

We do not have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange your order for something else, we treat it like a return. After that, you can place a new order for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
