Shipping policy

UrbanX Shipping - Domestic (Singapore)

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Kindly allow 3-5 business days (from date of order confirmation) to receive your parcel.

Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched. 

 

UrbanX International Shipping

We ship internationally. Please send us a direct message on Instagram or Facebook to place your international order for shipping outside of Singapore.

 

Import Duties & Taxes

Prices quoted do not include import duties and taxes for International shipments. Import duties and taxes may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country, and will be borne by the receiver of the parcel. This varies by country, and you are encouraged to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, we will arrange to have the goods returned to UrbanX and the customer will not receive a refund for the goods paid.

 

Dispatch Time

Orders with available stock are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of order.

Backorders/ Pre-orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days upon restock. Estimated wait time will be displayed on product page for Backorder/ Pre-order items.

Our warehouse operates on Monday to Friday during standard business hours, and closed on Singapore National Holidays.

Kindly be advised to expect delays for local and international orders as we are currently facing worldwide shipping delays due to Covid-19. 

 

Cancellation

No cancellations are allowed once order is packed and ready to ship.
